25 Things To Do To Ignite Joy
Hey friends! How’s everyone doing? I keep reading little things about how burnt out everyone is these days. I mean, I think people were burnt out before Covid because we live in a world where the hustle is non stop but now people are burnt out from trying not to get sick and constantly having their lives shift or be put on hold because of variants, etc.
I figured it might be a good time to share a few tips for decompressing cause if you can’t do a little something for yourself, you really might just go crazy! I’m a big believer in saying no and taking care of yourself. Yes, I get that we have things happening that can sometimes limit the time we have for self-love but guess what? If you aren’t taking care of yourself, how are you emotionally available for taking care of those around you?
So call it what you want, self-care, self-love or as I like to call it, ignite joy but take time to do something that makes your smile. You deserve it!!
Loving yourself isn’t vanity, it’s sanity. – Katrina Mayer

I sure hope that you are finding some joy in your days. Also, I recently shared some extra doses of positivity on Instagram and if you follow me here, you know that I am not always sunshine and rainbows. I am often full of cuss words and a lack of patience but I sure do try and find the positive. I am a glass half full kind of person but I am also realistic. The sun isn’t always shining but I definitely follow it when it is.
Have a beautiful day!
