Hey friends! It’s that time of week again – One Word Wednesday!! I swear the weeks fly by SO fast! Every week is full of something different around here. Between appointments, housekeeping {because I am a bit OCD about a neat house}, business research, projects for blogging, writing blog posts, keeping up with social media and just living – it zooms right by. Being bored is definitely not a word that is in my vocabulary. How about you? Do you ever get bored?

We escaped for our annual family + friend camping trip to Casini Ranch this weekend which was fun but went by so fast! Normally, we go for three nights but due to the crazy weather, we only went for two nights and would you believe that it actually snowed here the day after we left? We rarely get snow here so it was a bit of a bummer to see our neighbors posts and know that we missed out. On the flip side, we had some sunshine and blue skies where we were which was also a beautiful thing. Also, we got to spend time with our friends that we don’t see too often which is always a good thing. I swear some of the best stories and memories happen around a campfire.

To CREATE  is to bring something into existence.

Create within your community

I came back last night and met up with some inspiring local ladies for a little mixer at Tiger Bar. Wine and snacks are already a great combo but when you add creative souls with a sense of humor, it’s so much better. Sometimes saying yes to the unknown can be a really cool thing. There are a few things on the horizon that are sparking my creativity. Last nights meet-up was full of magic and dreams. Being a part of something that involves powerful and inspirational woman is definitely in my wheelhouse. Create in your personal and professional life

Creating has always been something that moves me. I love to create in various ways – on my blog, in the kitchen, in my design + home decor, with my wardrobe, in the garden – I am a maker of all kinds of things y’all! So this post is short and sweet but I hope it inspires you to create something fabulous! There are no limits to creativity, just put one foot in front of the other and get to it!
