Simple Christmas Wrapping Inspiration
Hey there! Today I wanted to share some simple Christmas wrapping inspiration. Have you started wrapping gifts yet? I am 1/2 way through but truth be told, I used gifts bags for several gifts. Mostly small, odd-shaped toys that have to travel. Bags felt like a safer solution! I do love wrapping gifts though. I like to find pretty {and simple patterned} paper and embellish with fun things like twine and yarn. Most of my gift tags have come from the Target Dollar Spot over the last couple of years. Adding little sprigs of greenery or simple ornaments is also a creative way to dress up a gift.
Ella Claire Inspired created the sweetest wrapping paper + chalkboard gift tag printables.
I love these German glitter monogram embellishments at Boxwood Clippings.
I can not find the original source for this idea but who wouldn’t love a giant lollipop on their gift?
These little DIY Christmas tree gift toppers at Fellow Fellow are too cute!
On Sutton Place definitely has an eye for pretty. I love her addition of beautiful ribbon and simple things like cinnamon sticks and greenery.
Home Oh My created this sweet b+w tree wrapping paper and used simple twine and bells to embellish her gifts.
Gather & Feast created these sweet b+w printable gift tags. Tied on a gift wrapped with kraft paper with a sprig of greenery keeps them simple yet festive.
Craftberry Bush created the cutest little boxwood wreaths and banners to adorn her gifts.
Shanty 2 Chic is usually where I go for DIY wood creations but hey, they also make fun printables for Christmas! I love this sheet music wrapping paper.
Are you a wrapping paper or gift bag type of person? What are your favorite things to wrap with? A simple bow? Creative ribbon? Handmade tags? Store bought tags? Forget the wrapping, how about a gift card? 😉 I won’t judge. Pinky swear! We all have to do what we can to maximize our time and make the time with loved ones really count this season, am I right? So cheers to whatever your heart needs to feel the spirit this season. Maybe it is wrapping gifts, maybe it’s sticking things in bags and adding a fluff of tissue paper, maybe it’s a gift card. Just do you and do it without feeling guilty. Cheers friends!
