15 Taco Tuesday Recipes
Hey friends! Technically, this week we are having tacos on Monday but I feel like such a rebel cause we really should be having tacos on Tuesday. Always. Am I right? There are always so many awesome options + recipes for making Taco Tuesday at my fingertips but I thought I’d share 15 Taco Tuesday recipes to make all of the best recipes accessible in one easy post. I like all the tacos options. One of my favorite go-to recipes for easy chicken tacos is by throwing some boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a crockpot with salsa or a yummy marinade. Then voila, 4ish hours later, dinner is served!

If I could have on last meal on this Earth, it would be some form of Mexican food. It’s my favorite. I love a good authentic side of rice and beans and of course a Corona or Margarita – on the rocks – to wrap it all up as the perfect meal. Oh, and chips + salsa cause those are basically my kryptonite anyway.
